Every climber starts somewhere. Feeling awkward on the wall, getting tired quickly, or not knowing where to place your feet are all normal parts of the learning process. The good news is that most beginner mistakes are easy to fix once you’re aware of them. By understanding these common pitfalls—and how to correct them—you’ll progress faster, climb more confidently, and enjoy your time on the wall even more.
In 2023 and currently ongoing, a relationship was established with a governing unit that's main aim is to vet
medical devices and resources to help our soldiers that serve us here in the United States of America. Colonel Dr.
Peter Demitry, the director of the National Foundation for Integrative Medicine (NFIM) helped AllCore360
establish a preliminary relationship with the United States Airforce at Nellis Airforce base located in Nevada.
The main investigational aim is to assess lower back pain pre-AC360 use and then post-AC360 use. When fighter
pilots fly, they experience a tremendous amount of “G-Force” that passes through their bodies. Overtime, this
puts strain on the core and lower back.
Our hypothesis is that by strengthening the pilots core with AC360 use,
we can minimize the amount of force that passes through them while in flight. At present, we are waiting on the
findings from the investigators at Nellis Airforce base. From conversation, the results have been promising and
lower back pain has been reduced in most participants.
